These terms apply to your use of sams-mobile.com, the website of SAMS Mobile (“SAMS”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in the United Kingdom. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
1. Pre-launch information
The SAMS IS-04Z1 is scheduled to launch in Q4 2026. Specifications, certifications, availability and pricing shown on this site describe the product as planned and may change before launch. Final specifications will be confirmed in the official datasheet issued at launch. Where something is to be confirmed, we say so rather than publish a figure that may change.
2. No offer and no contract
Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, a quotation or a promise of supply, and the IS-04Z1 cannot yet be ordered. Prices, delivery dates and terms of sale will be provided only in a written quotation from SAMS, and a sale is binding only when SAMS accepts an order in writing.
3. Certification claims and safety
References to IECEx, ATEX (2014/34/EU), UKEX, NEC 500 and other approvals describe the certification programme for the IS-04Z1. No certificate has been issued for the IS-04Z1 yet, and no device should be planned into a classified area until the relevant certificates exist. Devices must only be used in hazardous areas in accordance with the certificate conditions supplied with the product and the rules that apply at your site.
The guides and market pages are general information for people evaluating equipment. They are not safety, legal, engineering or certification advice for a specific installation. Hazardous-area classification and equipment selection must be carried out by suitably competent people, and you remain responsible for confirming what applies to your site, your operator and your country.
4. Enquiries and distributor applications
Sending an enquiry or a distributor application does not create a distributorship, agency, exclusivity or any other commercial relationship, and we may decline or not respond to any enquiry. A distributor is appointed only under a written agreement signed on behalf of SAMS. Please give accurate information when you contact us.
5. Using the site
You may use the site for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or any connected system; introduce malicious code; overload or disrupt the site; use automated tools to copy the site at a rate or scale that affects its operation; or submit false, misleading or unlawful content through our forms.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, images, logos, diagrams and design, belongs to SAMS or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other rights. You may view the site and print or download pages for your own internal evaluation of our products. Any other reproduction or distribution needs our written permission. Third-party names and marks such as Qualcomm, Snapdragon, Android, IECEx and ATEX belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify them.
7. Links and third-party content
The site links to standards bodies, regulators and other organisations. We do not control and are not responsible for those websites. A link is not an endorsement.
8. Accuracy and availability
We take reasonable care to keep the site accurate, but regulations, standards and procedures change and we give no warranty that every statement is complete or current. The site is provided “as is” and may be changed, suspended or withdrawn at any time without notice, and we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law. Subject to that, SAMS is not liable for loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, information published on this site, including pre-launch information, or for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, business or goodwill. This does not affect any rights you have under a separate written agreement with SAMS.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with the date above, applies each time you use the site.
11. General
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. A failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, are the whole agreement between you and SAMS about use of this site.
12. Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the site, are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. This does not affect any mandatory rights you have under the law of the country where you live.
