SAMS Mobile is a pre-launch company and the IS-04Z1 has no certificate yet, so most conversations start from a specific site, tender or territory rather than a purchase. The form below handles distributor enquiries and general questions alike, and the more of the following you include in the message, the more precisely we can answer.

• The country and site, and the operator or main contractor if you can name them.
• The hazardous zone (Zone 1, 2, 21 or 22), the gas group or dust, and the temperature class the site requires.
• The certificate scheme the site accepts: IECEx, ATEX, UKEX, a NEC 500 listing or a national approval, so we can say where each programme stands for your market.
• What the phone has to do: voice, inspection photography, Android Enterprise management, lone-worker alerts or integration with an existing MDM.
• Whether you are an end user, an integrator or contractor, or a company considering representing the IS-04Z1 in a territory.

What we can share today is the datasheet, the design targets and the state of the certification programme. What we cannot yet provide is a certificate, a price list or delivery dates, because none of them exist, and we would rather say so than quote something that later changes.
